Serving Method:

- Take from freezer, defrost in room temperature for 2 hr

- Or defrost in Cooler Section of Refrigerator (0 - 4°C) for 8 hr

- No need to reheat

Warm reminder: After defrosted, please store in Cooler section of refrigerator (0 - 4°C) and finish the cake in 2 days

Delivery Warm reminder:

- Delivery: recommend to select 1 day prior to birthday, to avoid any delay of delivery on birthday date.

- We will put a Fragile and Upward sticker on the packing box for Shun Fung delivery attention. However if during transportation by Shun Fung, the decoration toy or the balls fell off from the cake, please don’t worry. Simply wait till the cake is defrosted, then put back the toy or balls onto the cake.

-The Candle and Birthday Flag will be packed separately and to leave it a celebration moment for pet parents.

Delivery Method:

A.Shun Fung Refrigerated Delivery to home: Place order date: Mon to Sat (except Public Holidays) before 12 pm, the earliest delivery date on the following day. Delivery fee $55

B. Shun Fung Refrigerated Delivery to Shun Fung Station self pick up: Place order date: Mon to Sat (except Public Holidays) before 12 pm, the earliest delivery date on the following day. Delivery fee $35

C. If you require same day delivery service, you can arrange Lalamove by yourself to collect the cake from our Chai Wan workshop. Delivery fee to be paid to Lalamove.

Pick up date: Mon to Sat (except Public Holidays) 1 pm to 4 pm.

* If you require our service to arrange the Lalamove same day delivery for you, Lalamove delivery fee and additional administration fee of $20 will be required.
